Preface

PPEC (M) SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred as PPEC ) was incorporated on 6th February 2001. PPEC from its humble beginning, has grown into a major player in the construction industry, primarily in areas of Civil & Structural / Infrastructural projects (esp. BRIDGES) and Sewerage Treatment Plants.

PPEC, over the years, has secured several projects and has successfully completed them. Most projects were secured with both public listed and private limited companies, such as Ranhill Engineers & Constructors Sdn Bhd., Ranhill Antra Koh Sdn Bhd., Persys Engineering Sdn Bhd., Alloy Consolidated Sdn. Bhd., Pulic Mutual Berhad, AKM Sdn. Bhd., UEM Builders Berhad & etc. PPEC still maintains good relationship with most of clients and currently involved in some major projects currently.

The company has to date engaged and successfully completed various types of construction namely; construction of sub-structure and ground slab of a Serdang hospital building, RC structures of hostel and apartment buildings, sub - structure of an Aimst university, RC cable stay Muar bridge, pre-stressed bridges, sewerage & water treatment at Chicha, Kelantan plants and laying railway trek from Rawang to Ipoh, Steel structure at PETRONAS Kertih & etc.

The Managing Director of the company, Mr. Petrus J.R. (A.M.P.), who is also the founder of this Company, is also a majority shareholder for the following companies:
- Petbina Resources Sdn. Bhd.
- Pyramid Variety Sdn. Bhd.

Pyramid Variety Sdn. Bhd. and Petbina Resources Sdn. Bhd. are in similar construction operations with PPEC, whilst Petbina Resources Sdn. Bhd. also operates an outdoor steel fabrication yard and an indoor steel fabrication factory in Ipoh.

Over the years of business venture in the construction field PPEC has entered into a Partnership with a close business associate M/s Struktur Evolusi Sdn. Bhd. Together the partnership has to date registered two companies for international operations namely, SEPP Engineering & Construction Private Limited (India) and SEPP Engineering & Construction Private Limited (Sri Lanka).

SEPP (India) has completed a few overseas contracts namely, construction of bridges in Tambaram – Tindivanam, Chennai, India and a piling contract in Sudan. SEPP (Sri Lanka) is currently exploring potential construction prospects in Sri Lanka.

Conclusion
PPEC is blessed with great experienced and dedicated personnel. The MD. Mr. Petrus J.R. (A.M.P.) has over 28 years of exposure in the construction Industry and his dynamic and thorough person who has a Bsc. Degree in Civil Engineering Management. With his involvement the company is aspiring to solicitate greater and more challenging construction projects. Besides the MD., the company is ably supported by an equally experienced Director Mr. P.Arumugam, who is a Civil Engineer by profession. Further it has also contracted an experienced team of professional staff and skilled manpower to ensure that the company’s projects undertaken are uncompromised. In addition, PPEC has also established strategic alliance with Suppliers of building materials who have granted credit facilities to the company.
In short, it’s the company’s policy to ensure that all projects undertaken shall be discharged with and completed diligently and prudently.
